Coca Cola

Empowering Women

In 2011, Coca-Cola and Kashf Foundation partnered to economically empower women. Till date, Coca-Cola has empowered more than 3,500 women across Pakistan. The success of the project lies in the fact that the program beneficiaries have experienced a 10% increase in their income and the program is self-sustainable as the loan repayment is used as a rolling basis. The partnership provides women with access to business skills, training courses, financial services and connections with peers or mentors — along with the confidence that comes with building a successful business.

Make My School Better

Coca-Cola Pakistan partnered with UN-Habitat to improve schools across Pakistan. Through this partnership, Coca-Cola has provided 40,000 school children with access to clean drinking water, constructed separate latrines in more than 100 schools for boys and girls and created awareness regarding behavioral change activities. This project is a hallmark as it inculcates basic hygiene into the lives of these children and makes them ambassadors of hygiene for future generations.
